Designing simulacrum devices are an emerging multi-disciplinary field. These devices replace a neurobiological system that replicates neural systems in real-time under similar condition. The specific circuit solutions to implants depend on the application requirements. A retinal prosthesis is intended to help blind and visually impaired people. The intention of this paper is to study and investigate theoretical model of minimam invasive retinal implant (miRI) using photovoltaic circuit combined with contact of exciting electrodes with retinal neurons for restoring sight of patients blinded by degenerative retinal diseases. Design aims to learn and discuss the theoretical models by simulation of sub retinal circuit's optoelectronic properties. Different computational and fabrication models of photoreceptors for the sub retinal vision system design are also discussed here. This investigation gives astarting point, and the simulated response will provide further breakthrough in design verification before the fabrication.
