الوصف: Lessons Learned: Through the collaboration of multiple disciplines, we were able to identify issues and barriers that contributed to our DWSIs, take action on the findings and track our progress. The persistent and active participation of our CV-PI team members has facilitated our success in reducing and sustaining our DSWI rates.
