The lack of knowledge in anatomy and physiology of the nose, and lack of familiarity with different surgical techniques, can lead to a wide range of complications. To gain a better understanding of the complications associated with rhinoplasty, based on anatomical one-thirds of the nose, we will divide these complications into three distinct groups and describe them in details.
