This is the registeration of a scoping review protocol titled: Immersive technology and hand hygiene: scoping review. Studies in different countries were conducted to assess immersive technology efficacy in teaching and training hand hygiene of healthcare providers and health professions students, so an overall summary of recent research is needed.
