With the addition of functions to improve system performance, system complexity and reliability problems are occurring simultaneously in various fields where electronical and electronic systems (E/E systems) such as intelligent automobiles, robots, military weapons, shipbuilding, and industrial automotive equipment are used. The concept of a cyber physical system (CPS) has emerged recently in order to solve system complexity and reliability problems and to continuously develop E/E systems [1] - [5] .
