| الوصف: | The presented clinical guidelines cover current information about the etiology and pathogenesis, classification, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of chronic bronchitis.Methodology.The target audience of these clinical guidelines are therapists, general practitioners, and pulmonologists. Each thesis-recommendation about diagnostic and therapeutic procedures has been graded according to the scales of classes of recommendations from 1 to 5 and the A, B, C scale for the levels of evidence. The clinical guidelines also contain comments and explanations to these theses together with an algorithm for management of patients with confirmed chronic bronchitis.Conclusion. The presented clinical guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic bronchitis were approved by the Scientific and Practical Council of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in 2021. |
