الوصف: A dual band power divider for Long Term Evolution (LTE) standard is implemented using metamaterial transmission lines. First, a study regarding the influence of symmetry and number of cells over the performances is carried on. The behaviour of the power divider is then, analysed in the frequency domain and great agreement between theory and simulation is achieved. The novelty of this paper is the usage of Dual Composite Right Left Handed (D-CRLH) transmission lines, which are optimized both from the performances’ point of view and the technological constrains, to design a dual band power divider with good results for both frequencies. Measurements confirm the dual band behaviour of the power divider.
