الوصف: This article presents the design and modeling of L-shape piezoelectric vibration energy harvester for powering Deep Brain Stimulation System (DBSS) (biomedical device). In the study, the piezoelectric harvester is analyzed by varying its length, width, thickness, and mass weight, in order to determine the optimized harvester. Further, the optimized harvester is subjected to different load analysis (Resistive Load, Inductive Load, and Capacitive Load) for determining the maximum amount of power generated from the device. Finally, a comparative study is conducted between different loads, in which the maximum power of about 44.5 mW is generated by the L-shape piezoelectric harvester under Resistive Load, which is suitable for powering the battery of the biomedical device respectively.
