الوصف: Polycrystalline silicon offers the full complement of functionality required for integrated optoelectronic systems, including nonlinear optical processing. Here we report low loss laser-crystallized polycrystalline silicon waveguides with nonlinear coefficients equivalent to those of crystalline silicon.
