We reported 118 cases of eresypela admitted to Charleville-Mezieres hospital, analysed retrospectively. General falicitating factors were noted in 44 %, local in 64,5 %. Penicillin G intravenous 12 M/units per day was effective in 64 %, another treatment was used based on Ceftriaxone or Pristinamycine in second stage in 14 % or in first stage in 22 %. Some complication appeared in 22 cases.
