الوصف: The installation of ventilation systems is relevant in premises for various purposes: at industrial facilities, in residential buildings, in administrative offices, warehouses and others. In order to effectively perform and ensure the proper functioning of ventilation, it is necessary to introduce automated control schemes for the operation of these systems, as well as the use of various modern equipment (ventilation units, ventilation units). The purpose of creating a stand is to study the principles of building automated process control systems. The article provides a process control scheme for the ventilation of a foundry of an industrial enterprise. To implement the control algorithm, an industrial logical controller from Schneider Electric was used, a list of variables was selected, the algorithm was written using the EcoStruxure Machine Expert - HVAC package, and the programming language of the FBD function blocks was used in accordance with IEC 61131–3. Also, the paper presents an analysis of existing methods of automation of ventilation systems, substantiates the choice of a programmable controller, organizes automatic control of the supply ventilation system for the foundry of an industrial enterprise for the purpose of visual study of elements of ventilation systems, methods of regulation and control of parameters in ventilation systems.
