الوصف: Based on an improved calculation formalism of the proximity effect, the transition temperature T c , the parallel (H c2 ∥) and perpendicular (H c2 ⊥) critical fields of the Nb 50 Ti 50 /Nb superlattice have been analyzed as a function of the structural modulation wavelength λ s . T c , H c2 ∥ and H c2 ⊥ have been calculated using a unified set of the material parameters and allowing for the transition of the center of the order parameter between the NbTi and Nb layers. The calculation has systematically reproduced the characteristics of H c2 ∥ and H c2 ⊥ including the two-step dimensional crossover of H c2 ∥(T) and the anomalous upward curvature of H c2 ⊥(T).
