These patients had delay in neutrophil engraftment (p1⁄40.0004), platelet engraftment (p1⁄40.0002), had more platelet transfusion requirement (p1⁄40.03) and prolonged hospitalization (p1⁄40.02) compared to patients who were transplanted with stem cell dose of >3 10 cells/ kg. Univariate and step wise multiple regression was done to determine the factors predictive of poor mobilization (table 1).
