الوصف: Security Document Theory is an economic and security based framework to explain fraud that occurs to documents of value, such as photo ID cards and money. The principle of SDT is that humans are mislead by a document's trust value - a psychological perception of how trustworthy a document is, and what they indicates about the bearer. Trust values often result in higher misrepresenting values - the value of a document to a criminal. These higher misrepresenting values create criminal opportunities, regardless of the sophistication of the document, and in many cases, specifically because of the documents sophistication.
