الوصف: Concurrent chemoradiation is the standard of care for locally advanced cervical cancer and is commonly associated with mild to moderate toxicities. Severe late complications in multiple organ systems in patients without known patient‐ or treatment‐related risk factors are rare. A 42‐year‐old woman was treated with definitive chemoradiotherapy with external beam radiotherapy and brachytherapy. She had complete resolution of the disease, with no evidence of recurrence. However, she experienced late morbidity in multiple organ systems due to treatment, likely indicating an increased sensitivity to radiation. This case highlights the need for improvements in the identification of such patients.
