| الوصف: | Maprotiline is a tetracyclic drug with effects similar to those of tricyclic antidepressants. It has been suggested that tetracyclic antidepressants have fewer cardiovascular side-effects. We describe a case with serious alteration of intraventricular conduction after maprotiline overdosage. |
