الوصف: Laparoendoscopic single-site surgery (LESS) is one of the most interesting surgical advances. We performed LESS adrenalectomy in three patients to assess feasibility, safety, and perioperative outcomes.Three patients with nonfunctional adrenal masses underwent TriPort adrenalectomy. Demographics, perioperative, and pathological records were collected together with postoperative data. TriPort was used through a 3 cm subcostal incision with 10 mm 30 degrees optic and two 5 mm instruments. The specimens were extracted via a 10 mm bag instead of the optic.TriPort adrenalectomy was completed in all cases. The mean operative time was 200 minutes (mean blood loss, 40 mL). No perioperative complications were recorded. Pathology examination confirmed one adenoma, one lung cancer metastasis, and one myelolipoma.LESS adrenalectomy is feasible and safe, with favorable perioperative and short-term outcomes. It is technically more challenging than standard laparoscopy and requires advanced surgical skills. Prospective studies are needed for further conclusions.
