| الوصف: | Ukrayna kimliği çok derin ve uzun bir süreç içerisinde yapılanmıştır. Ukrayna, Polonya (Lehistan- Litvanya Birliği dönemi) ve Rusya (1772-1795 arası Rusya İmparatorluk dönemi) topraklarına dâhil olmuş ve bu dönemlerde Ukrayna kimlik inşa süreci üzerinde söz konusu devletler belirli etkiler bırakmıştır. Bu makalede tarihsel süreç içerisinde Polonya-Ukrayna ilişkileri ve söz konusu ilişkilerin Ukrayna kimlik inşa sürecindeki etkileri ele alınacaktır. Ukrayna kimlik inşa sürecinde Polonya’nın etkisi bağlamında önemli olan unsurlar belirlendikten sonra geçmişten günümüze bu unsurlar nasıl oluştu bunlar detaylandırılarak günümüz siyasetine ışık tutulmaya çalışılacaktır. Bağımsızlık sonrası Ukrayna’da meydana gelen siyasi gelişmelerinde (Turuncu Devrim, Meydan Devrimi gibi) Polonya’nın tutumu ve söz konusu dönemde Ukrayna-Polonya ilişkilerin gelişmesi incelenecektir. Son olarak, günümüzün Ukrayna Cumhurbaşkanı Volodymyr Zelensky dış siyaseti Ukrayna-Polonya ilişkileri çerçevesinde değerlendirilecektir. The Ukrainian identity has been structured in a very deep and long process. Ukraine was included in the territories of Poland (Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth period) and Russia (Russian Imperial period between 1772-1795), and these states had certain effects on the Ukrainian identity construction process during these periods. In this article, Polish-Ukrainian relations in the historical process and the effects of these relations in the process of Ukrainian identity construction will be discussed. After determining the factors that are important in the context of the influence of Poland in the Ukrainian identity construction process, how these elements have emerged from the past to the present will be tried to shed light on today's politics by detailing them. The attitude of Poland in the political developments that took place in Ukraine after independence (such as the Orange Revolution, the Square Revolution) and the development of Ukrainian- Polish relations in the said period will be examined. Finally, the foreign policy of today's President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, will be evaluated within the framework of Ukraine-Poland relations. |
