الوصف: Dapagliflozin targets the sodium-coupled glucose transporter type 2 in the renal proximal tubule, preventing the reabsorption of glucose into the blood. It also has a direct effect on the islet alpha cell, which may counter its effect on glucose reabsorption in the kidney.
