الوصف: The incident of post-pancreaticojejunostomy anastomotic stricture has been reported about 5%1) . Endoscopic trans-anastomotic drainage using balloon-assisted enteroscopy (BAE) is the initial management option for this adverse event in most cases. However, the success rate of this procedure is relatively low2) . Hence, EUS-guided pancreatic duct drainage (EUS-PD) has emerged as an alternative method.
