Control mice n=9 were injected with rat IgG control. Data shows the percentage of mice with visceral metastases in each group. (B) Skin tumors were detected at necropsy. Data shows the number of skin tumors (left) and the percentage of mice with skin tumors (right). All data represent means � SEM. Results are representative of two independent experiments. C= control group. D= CD8 depleted. Statistical analysis was performed using Mann-Whitney U test, one-tailed.
