This work forms part of JRP-WP4-T3 Organisation of selected PTs from WP2 and WP3 of the One Health EJP project Multi-centre study on Echinococcus multilocularis and Echinococcus granulosus s.l. in Europe: development and harmonization of diagnostic methods in the food chain (MEmE). Four laboratories tested and evaluated different magnetic capture protocols for the detection of E. multilocularis DNA in red fox faeces.
