الوصف: This paper is an extension of work originally presented in EIC-2017. It deals with influence of the supply frequency for dissipation factor measurements, mainly for tests under power frequency and low frequency. After a theoretical reminder, we present some experiments on single coils and stators of high voltage motors. Finally, we discuss the results and the desirability of choosing one or the other of these methods.
