The objective of this dissertation is to reduce time while achieving accuracy by applying automated and robotic solutions for the façade-building renovation with modules. Five solutions were defined and tested: semi-automated definition of the layout by using 3D scanned point cloud, adjustment of the machining of elements of the modules, correction of deviations during robotic assembly, installation of modules by a cable-robot, and an interface that corrects deviations during installation. Um Zeit zu sparen und Genauigkeit zu erreichen werden in dieser Dissertation automatisierte und robotische Verfahren für die Fassadenrenovierung mit Modulen eingesetzt. Fünf Verfahren wurden definiert und getestet: semi-automatisierte Definition des Layouts mit einer 3D-Punktwolke, Anpassung der Fertigung von Teilen der Module, Abweichungskorrektur während der Robotermontage, Modulinstallation durch einen Kabelroboter und eine Schnittstelle für Abweichungskorrekturen während der Installation.
