Im Rahmen von Polytraumen treten urogenitale Verletzungen laut Literatur in ca. 5-10% der Fälle auf. Eine genauere Untersuchung der Korrelation von Verletzungen des gesamten Urogenitaltrakts mit Becken- und Wirbelsäulenverletzungen dem Traumamechanismus und der –folgen fehlt jedoch in der Literatur. Ziel ist es anhand dieser retrospektiven Analyse die Relevanz urogenitaler Verletzungen beim Polytrauma zu eruieren und ggf. einen Leitfaden für die Praxis zu erstellen. According to literature, 5–10 % of polytraumatized patients suffer from injuries to urogenital organs. Nevertheless, a thorough investigation of the correlation of injuries to the urogenital tract and spinal as well as pelvic fractures is missing so far. The aim of this retrospective analysis was therefore to assess the relevance of urogenital organ injury in the multiple injured patient.
