Namen diplomskega dela je podrobnejši prikaz investicijske in projektne dokumentacije potrebne v postopkih graditve objektov. Investicijska dokumentacija se pripravlja v fazi zasnove in je za investitorja najpomembnejša, saj je dokument, na podlagi katerega se investitor odloča o naslednjih korakih v procesu graditve oz. gradbenem projektu. Projektna dokumentacija, ki se pripravlja v okviru faze projektiranja objekta pa predstavlja zbirko dokumentov, načrtov in elaboratov na osnovi katerega je zagotovljena pravilna gradnja objekta in sledljivost vseh izvedenih del. V fazi priprave na gradnjo objekta se odvija tudi postopek razpisa za izbor izvajalca del. Pod poglavjem o razpisni dokumentaciji je prikazan postopek od objave javnega naročila do priprave sklepa o izbiri najugodnejšega izvajalca, ki mora za tovrstne objekte biti izveden skladno z Zakonom o javnem naročanju. V aplikativnem delu diplomskega dela je prikazan proces izdelave investicijske in razpisne dokumentacije za projekt ureditve infrastrukturnih in cestnih povezav v naseljih Benedikt, Sveti Trije Kralji in Štajngrova. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen dokument investicijske dokumentacije, ki je bil s strani investitorja pozitivno ocenjen in služi kot osnova za nadaljevanje investicije, ter pripravo celotne razpisne dokumentacije v času neposredne priprave na gradnjo. The purpose of the diploma paper is the detailed view about the investment and tender documentation required in the phases of building. The investment documentation is prepared in the design stage and it is the most important for the investor, because it is the base for the decision to build or not to build.. Tender documentation, is also prepared in the design stage and it s a collection of documents, plans and study’s on which depends the correct building process. In the preparation phase the investor performs the tender for the building company. In the chapter about the tender documentation the procedure from the process of the publication of a contract to the preparation of the decision on the selection of the best contractor who must for such facilities to be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act is shown. In the application part of the thesis is the process of making the investment and tender documentation for the project organization infrastructure and road connections in settlements Benedict, Sveti Trije Kralji and Štajngrova shown. This thesis presents a document of investment documentation, which was by the investor positively evaluated and serve as a basis for further investment and the overall preparation of tender documentation at the time of preparation for the construction. |
