الوصف: The aim of the diploma thesis "Consumers' attitudes to the Innovation in Retail Sale" was to assess the perceptions and the attitudes of domestic customers to the innovation in retail and suggest some improvement for a retailer. The thesis is divided into the two parts - theoretical and practical. The first part is a theoretical base of the topic. Information for this literature research were acquired from literature, web resources, and professional articles. The second part of the thesis deals with the analysis of information gained from the questionnaire survey. These data helped in the evaluation of the hypothesis too. Based on the information obtained, suggestions for improvement were written for retailers.
