Durante los últimos años los procesos de formación, fortalecimiento de competencias y habilidades empresariales y para el emprendimiento en Colombia, se han centrado en elaborar planes de negocio como método tradicional para convertir una idea de negocio o un modelo de negocio en una empresa rentable y sostenible. Pero sucede algo: la tasa de fracaso es altísima. La metodología Lean Startup irrumpe surge durante los últimos años como herramienta para dar solución a este problema, ya que permite rediseñar los procesos de generación de negocios de una forma más eficiente, ahorrándole tiempo y dinero a los emprendedores en cualquier escenario de incertidumbre y riesgo. El presente ensayo tiene como objetivo exponer de manera detallada la metodología Lean Startup y realizar una descripción de su implementación en el ámbito empresarial y de emprendimiento, definida en tres pilares fundamentales: el diseño del modelo de negocio, la validación del modelo y finalmente el diseño del producto mínimo viable utilizando el desarrollo ágil. Finalmente, el ensayo brinda conclusiones de la importancia que tiene la implementación de la metodología Lean Startup en el proceso de asistencia técnica y formación de emprendedores y microempresarios del departamento de Cundinamarca teniendo en cuenta la experiencia de trabajar como gestor de emprendimiento en la Secretaria de Competitividad del Departamento. 1. Referencias During the last few years, the training processes, strengthening of skills and business skills and for entrepreneurship in Colombia, have focused on developing business plans as a traditional method to convert a business idea or a business model into a profitable and sustainable company. But something happens: the failure rate is very high. The Lean Startup methodology has emerged in recent years as a tool to solve this problem, since it allows the redesign of business generation processes in a more efficient way, saving time and money for entrepreneurs in any scenario of uncertainty and risk. The objective of this essay is to present in detail the Lean Startup methodology and to make a description of its implementation in the business and entrepreneurial field, defined in three fundamental pillars: the design of the business model, the validation of the model and finally the design of the minimum viable product using agile development. Finally, the essay provides conclusions on the importance of the implementation of the Lean Startup methodology in the process of technical assistance and training of entrepreneurs and micro- entrepreneurs in the department of Cundinamarca, taking into account the experience of working as an entrepreneurial manager in the Secretariat of Competitiveness. from the Department.
