El estado actual de la implementación BIM en el sector constructivo de nuestro país, muestra que, el sector se encuentra en una etapa de modernización donde se busca una ruta de expansión, por tal razón las empresas buscan una nueva forma de proceder y operar. Por esto, se realiza un análisis de la implementación del BIM en las empresas constructoras de Bogotá. Este trabajo busca analizar las ventajas y desventajas, beneficios, factores externos, efectos negativos y problemáticas, que se han tenido en la implementación de la metodología BIM, inicialmente se realizó una revisión de la literatura actual sobre los parámetros de influencia en los proyectos, el entorno de trabajo BIM y los problemas y ventajas en la aplicación práctica. Posteriormente, se realizó una encuesta dirigida a algunas empresas dedicadas a la construcción que han implementado la tecnología BIM en sus proyectos, para conocer los resultados del proceso en la ejecución de la metodología. Finalmente, se elaboró un análisis de las relaciones existentes entre los factores de influencia en el proceso de implementación del BIM. TABLA DE CONTENIDO 1.
