| الوصف: | Incluye listas de cuadros, tablas y figuras El proyecto de investigación tuvo como objetivo realizar inteligencia tecnológica para la gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en ASEOCOLBA S.A. UEN Mina que contribuya a la mejora continua del Sistema y la competitividad de la empresa. Se basó en los aportes teóricos del Manual de Oslo (2005), Benavides y Quintana (2006), la Agencia Navarra de Innovación (2007), Solleiro y Castañon (2008), el Instituto Andaluz de Tecnología (2012), Hidalgo y otros (2013), Carballo (2015), Ortoll y García (2015), Romero y otros (2016) y el grupo Clarke, Modet & Co, en lo relacionado con inteligencia tecnológica. Así mismo en el Decreto 1072 de 2015 y la Norma técnica colombiana ISO 45001:2018 para lo correspondiente al sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Su enfoque fue mixto, de tipo descriptiva, con un diseño no experimental, transversal y de campo. Se trabajó con dos poblaciones; la primera compuesta por los supervisores de la empresa. La segunda correspondió a los responsables de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo de las empresas contratistas de Cerrejón pertenecientes a la misma superintendencia en la que se encuentra Aseocolba S.A., las cuales prestan servicios básicos. La técnica de recolección de datos utilizada fue la encuesta, con dos cuestionarios tipo likert; uno por 14 ítems y el segundo por 16, los cuales fueron validados previamente por dos expertos. Inicialmente se realizó la descripción de la gestión actual en Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo de la empresa, posteriormente se aplicó inteligencia tecnológica para identificar diferentes herramientas tecnológicas que pudieran ser aplicables y proponer cuales podrían implementarse en la empresa objeto de estudio, de acuerdo a sus necesidades, para mejorar la gestión de la Seguridad y salud en el trabajo y la competitividad. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron identificar una muy alta contribución de la inteligencia tecnológica al sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, una muy alta puntuación en el uso de herramientas tecnológicas aplicables a seguridad y salud en el trabajo, que contribuyen en un muy alto nivel a la ejecución de actividades de campo y al control de la documentación. Así mismo una muy alta puntuación a la necesidad de búsqueda de nuevas herramientas tecnológicas que contribuyan para el mejoramiento del sistema. Adicionalmente se encontró una variada oferta de herramientas tecnológicas, algunas con aplicación exclusiva para el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y otras no, pero estas últimas ofrecen beneficios que pueden integrarse a una o varias actividades de la planeación o implementación del sistema. The research project aimed to perform technological intelligence for the management of occupational safety and health at ASEOCOLBA S.A. UEN Mina that contributes to the continuous improvement of the System and the competitiveness of the company. It was based on the theoretical contributions of the Oslo Manual (2005), Benavides and Quintana (2006), the Navarra Innovation Agency (2007), Solleiro and Castañon (2008), the Andalusian Institute of Technology (2012), Hidalgo and others ( 2013), Carballo (2015), Ortoll and García (2015), Romero and others (2016) and the Clarke group, Modet & Co, in relation to technological intelligence. Likewise, in Decree 1072 of 2015 and the Colombian Technical Standard ISO 45001: 2018 for what corresponds to the occupational health and safety management system. The research had a mixed, descriptive approach, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional and field design. It worked with two populations; the first one consists of the supervisors of the company. The second corresponded to those responsible for Health and Safety at work of the contractor companies of Cerrejón belonging to the same superintendence in which Aseocolba S.A. is located, which provide basic services. The data collection technique used was the survey, with two likert questionnaires; one for 14 items and the second for 16, which were previously validated by two experts. Initially, a description was made of the current management in Health and Safety at work of the company, then technological intelligence was applied to identify different technological tools that could be applicable and propose which could be implemented in the company under study, according to their needs, to improve the management of Occupational Health and Safety and competitiveness. The results obtained allowed to identify a very high contribution of technological intelligence to the occupational health and safety management system, a very high score in the use of technological tools applicable to occupational health and safety, which contribute in a very high level to the execution of field activities and to the control of the documentation. Likewise, a very high score to the need to search for new technological tools that contribute to the improvement of the system. Additionally, a wide range of technological tools was found, some with exclusive application for the occupational health and safety management system and others not, but the latter offer benefits that can be integrated into one or more activities of the system planning or implementation RESUMEN ABSTRACT INTRODUCCION 1.
