ÖZETTEKSTİL SANAT NESNELERİNDE MALZEME, YAPI VE FORM İLİŞKİSİ“Tekstil Sanat Nesnelerinde Malzeme, Yapı ve Form İlişkisi” başlığı altındaki çalışma; “Giriş”, “Tekstil El Sanatları, Tasarımı ve Sanatı”, “Tekstilde Malzeme, Yapı ve Form”, “Tekstil Sanatında Malzeme, Yapı ve Form İlişkisi” ve “Uygulamalar” bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır.Birinci bölümü oluşturan “Giriş” başlığı altında, konuyla ilgili genel bilgilere yer verilmiştir.İkinci bölümde, öncelikle tekstil el sanatı, tekstil tasarımı konularına kısaca değinilmiş, tanımlama ve açıklamalarda bulunulmuştur. Devamında tekstil sanatı ile ilgili kaynaklardan yararlanılarak, tarihsel süreç içerisinde gelişimi irdelenmiş, döneminin ilk uygulamalarından seçkilerle örneklendirilip konunun anlatımı desteklenmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde, tekstil sanat yapıtları gözlemlenerek, kullanılan malzemeler irdelenmiştir. Tekstilde malzeme konusunun anlatımında, malzemesi ya da yöntemi tekstil olan sanat eserlerinden seçilmiş örnekler üzerinden, tekstil sanatında kullanılan geniş malzeme yelpazesine değinilerek örnekler verilmiştir. Sonrasında temel yapı oluşturma yöntemleri olan keçeleştirme, dokuma, örme yöntemlerinin yapısal özelliklerine ve tekstil sanatında form konusuna ana hatları ile kısaca değinilmiştir.Dördüncü bölümde ise çalışmanın ana konusu olan malzeme, yapı ve form ilişkisi, keçe, dokuma, örme yapıları ve karışık teknikle elde edilen yapıtlar üzerinden irdelenmiştir. Detaylı bir görsel araştırmasından sonra, konunun anlatımına uygun olduğu düşünülen eserlerin sanatçıları ile irtibata geçilmiş, ulaşılan ve izinleri alınan sanatçıların, kullandıkları malzeme, yapı ve teknik hakkında bilgilerine başvurulmuştur. Edinilen bilgilerle birlikte, kişisel gözlem ve yorumlar birleştirilerek, her bir yapıt, malzeme, yapı ve form ilişkisi bağlamında değerlendirilmiştir.Son olarak beşinci bölümde, uygulamalara yer verilmiştir. Çalışmada, malzeme, yapı ve form ilişkisi konusu, keçe, dokuma ve örme teknikleri kullanılarak yapılan uygulamalarla değerlendirilmiştir.--------------------SUMMARYMATERIAL, STRUCTURE AND FORM RELATION IN TEXTILE ART OBJECTSThe study under the topic “Material, Structure and Form relation in Textile Art Objects” comprises of the following chapters: “Introduction”, “Textile Handicrafts, Design and Art”, “Material, Structure and Form in Textile”, “Material, Structure and Form relation in Textile Art” and “Practices”.Under the topic “Introduction”, as the first chapter, general information on the subject can be found. In the second chapter, the textile handicraft, including the subjects on textile designs are touched briefly, while providing definitions and descriptions. Then, the development of textile art is examined within the scope of historical process by means of using related resources, the basis of the subject is supported by being exemplified with the early practices of its period.In the third chapter, the textile art works are reviewed, as well as examining the materials used. For describing the material use in textile, wide range of materials, which are used in textile art, are mentioned and exemplified through certain art pieces, of which material or method is textile-based. Then felting, weaving and knitting methods’ structural characteristics, as the building blocks of the process, including the essentials of the subject “form” in textile art are touched briefly.In the fourth chapter, the material, structure and form relation, as the main subject of the study, is examined based on the works produced via felting, weaving and knitting structure, including mixed techniques. Following a detailed visual research, we chose works which are deemed to be suitable for the respective subject, thus obtaining information on the material, structure and techniques applied by those, who were contacted and gave permission to do so. Combining our personal observations and comments with this information, each work is analyzed within the context of material, structure and form relation.Lastly, in the fifth chapter, the practices are included. The material, structure and form relation is reviewed based on the practices carried out with felting, weaving and knitting techniques, within the scope of the study. |
