V diplomskem delu je raziskana uporabnost laserskega rezanja pri vrezovanju navojnih lukenj. Ta alternativni pristop k procesu vrezovanja navojev bi lahko predstavljal možnost za učinkovitejšo proizvodnjo ter manjše stroške materiala, kot tudi dela. V prvem delu sta predstavljena procesa laserskega rezanja ter vrezovanja navojev, nato pa še vpliv parametrov na kvaliteto rezanja. V zadnjem delu naloge so prikazani rezultati meritev in diskusija, med drugim ustreznosti dimenzij rezanih lukenj, obrabe navojnih vreznikov, ter ekonomska analiza obeh metod vrezovanja navojev. This thesis researches the usefulness of laser cutting when threading holes with tapping drills. The alternative approach with the use of laser cutting the holes instead of drilling them, would represent a possibility for a faster and more efficient production processes and lesser expenses for both material and labour. In the first part, both laser cutting and hole threading processes are explained. In the next part, the influence of cutting parameters on quality of cut holes is reserached, and finally, in the last part of the thesis, results of the experiments are displayed and analyzed. That includes the dimensional tolerances of cut holes, wear of threading taps, and economical analysis of both methods of threading holes. |
