Este proyecto abarca la realización de un estudio geotécnico, diseño de obras para mitigar el riesgo por movimientos en masa, que comprende el respectivo levantamiento de la cartografía base, exploración geotécnica, los cuales fueron suministrados por la empresa Alicon S.A.S y también laboratorios de suelos que se realizaron en la universidad Santo Tomás para conocer los parámetros geotécnicos del terreno y la caracterización de factores condicionantes de la estabilidad en el área de estudiada, entre estos las unidades de geología para ingeniería y geomorfología. Al terminar el estudio de la zona se realizó un análisis de las dos posibles alternativas que se pueden apreciar para estabilizar el talud en este caso, la primera fue diseñar obras de pantallas ancladas para así mitigar el riesgo y la segunda fue el diseño de un muro en gavión con la misma finalidad. Con esto realizo un modelado en el software SLIDE y se garantizó el cumplimiento del factor de seguridad de las dos y también se llevó a cabo una comparación entre las dos alternativas para conocer cuál era la más viable. Para realizar la comparación se realizaron los presupuestos de cada una de las obras, tanto anclajes como gaviones, para así verificar cual sería la más rentable al momento de realizar la propuesta del diseño de obras. Para finalizar se pudo concluir que la alternativa del diseño de un muro en gavión es la más asequible, aunque las dos cumplen el análisis de estabilidad, esta alternativa requiere de menores costos. This project includes carrying out a geotechnical study, design of works to mitigate the risk of mass movements, which includes the respective survey of the base cartography, geotechnical exploration, which were supplied by the company Alicon S.A.S and also soil laboratories that were carried out at the Santo Tomás University to know the geotechnical parameters of the terrain and the characterization of determining factors of stability in the studied area, including the geology units for engineering and geomorphology. At the end of the study of the area, an analysis was carried out of the two possible alternatives that can be seen to stabilize the slope in this case, the first was to design works of anchored screens in order to mitigate the risk and the second was the design of a wall in gabion with the same purpose. With this, I perform a modeling in the SLIDE software and compliance with the safety factor of the two was guaranteed and a comparison between the two alternatives was also carried out to find out which was the most viable. To make the comparison, the budgets of each of the works were made, both anchors and gabions, in order to verify which would be the most profitable at the time of making the proposal for the design of works. Finally, it was possible to conclude that the alternative of the design of a gabion wall is the most affordable, although both comply with the stability analysis, this alternative requires lower costs.
