الوصف: U analizi učinkovitosti potrošnje energije, energenata i vode i smanjenja troškova u zgradama, energetski pregled građevine je obvezan i ključan korak. Energetski pregled je proveden za stambenu zgradu s tri stambene jedinice, sukladno Metodologiji provođenja energetskog pregleda zgrada. U sklopu navedenog energetskog pregleda koji je sustavan proces, prikupljeni su potrebni podaci. Temeljem istih provedene su analize tehničkih i energetskih svojstava zgrade i svih tehničkih sustava u zgradi, a proračuni pomoću programske podrške Thorium A+. Utvrđeni su energetski razredi zgrade i identificirane mjere za povećanje energetske učinkovitosti analizirane građevine. In an analysis of energy, energy products and water consumption efficiency and cost reduction in buildings, the energy audit of a building is a mandatory and key step. An energy audit was conducted for a residential building with three residential units, in accordance with the Methodology of conducting energy audits of buildings. As part of the subject energy audit, which is a systematic process, the necessary data was collected. Based on such data, analyses of technical and energy properties of the building and all technical systems within the building, as well as calculations using Thorium A+ software were performed. The energy classes of the building were determined and measures to increase the energy efficiency of the analyzed building were identified.
