| الوصف: | Bu çalışmanın amacı serbest ve grekoromen stil erkek güreşçilerin duygusal yeme davranışları ve duygusal iştahları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Araştırmaya serbest ve grekoromen stilde 2020/2021 sezonunda güreşen müsabık erkek güreşçiler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan kişisel bilgi formu ve Nolan ve arkadaşları (2010) tarafından geliştirilen, Demirel ve arkadaşları (2014) tarafından Türkçe'ye uyarlaması yapılan "Duygusal İştah Anketi" ve Doğan ve arkadaşları (2011) tarafından geliştirilen "Duygusal Yeme Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin analizi SPSS 26 istatistik programı ile yapılmıştır. Sporcuların ikamet, eğitim, öğün, medeni durum, düzenli kahvaltı yapma ve ek takviye alma değişkenleri duygusal yeme ve duygusal iştah ölçeklerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark olmadığı görülmüştür (p>0.05). Duygusal iştah negatif durum ile gerginlik durumlarında yeme ve olumsuz duygularla başa çıkabilmek için yeme arasında pozitif yönde bir ilişki vardır. Duygusal iştah pozitif durum ile kendini kontrol edebilme ve uyaran karşısında kontrol alt boyutlarında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki vardır. Duygusal iştah pozitif duygu ile gerginlik durumlarında yeme ve uyaran karşısında kontrol alt boyutlarında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki vardır. Duygusal iştah negatif duygu ile gerginlik durumlarında yeme, olumsuz duygularla başa çıkabilmek için yeme, kendini kontrol edebilme ve uyaran karşısında kontrol arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu sonuçlara göre sporcuların duygusal yeme ve duygusal iştahları herhangi bir değişkene göre değişmemektedir. The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between emotional eating behaviours and emotional appetite of freestyle and gridiron style male wrestlers. Competitive male wrestlers who wrestled in the 2020/2021 season in the freestyle and gridiron style were included in the study. Personal information form prepared by the researcher, "Emotional Appetite Questionnaire" developed by Nolan et al. (2010) and adapted into Turkish by Demirel et al. (2014) and "Emotional Eating Scale" developed by Doğan et al. (2011) were used. The data obtained in the study were analysed with SPSS 26.0 package programme. It was found that there was no statistically significant difference in the emotional eating and emotional appetite scales of the athletes in terms of residence, education, meal, marital status, eating breakfast regularly and taking supplements (p>0.05). There is a positive correlation between negative emotional appetite and eating in situations of tension and eating to cope with negative emotions. There is a significant positive relationship between positive emotional appetite and self-control and control in the face of stimuli sub-dimensions. There is a significant positive relationship between emotional appetite positive emotion and eating in situations of tension and control over stimuli sub-dimensions. It was determined that there was a significant positive relationship between emotional appetite and negative emotion and eating in tension situations, eating to cope with negative emotions, selfcontrol and control in the face of stimuli. According to these results, emotional eating and emotional appetite of athletes do not change according to any variable. |
