Starptautiskais bizness un jaunuzņēmumu darbība Vadība, administrēšana un nekustamo īpašumu pārvaldība International Business and Start-up Entrepreneurship Management, Administration and Real Estate Management Pētnieciskā darba mērķis ir, balstoties uz zinātniskās literatūras analīzi un praktisko piemēru, izstrādāt metodiskos ieteikumus SIA "LogNRG" biznesa procesu optimizācijai. Pētnieciskais darbs ir vērsts uz SIA "LogNRG" biznesa procesu analīzi, stipro un vājo pušu identificēšanu. Tāpat arī dažādu uzņēmuma galveno biznesa procesu analīzes gaitā izstrādāt stratēģiju LLC "LogNRG" biznesa procesu galveno rezultatīvo rādītāju attīstībai un uzlabošanai. Tā kā pētnieciskā darba mērķis ir noskaidrot visu veidu instrumentu izmantošanas lietderību uzņēmuma galveno biznesa procesu rādītāju novērtēšanai. Pētnieciskajā darbā izmantotās metodes: Kontentanalīze, salīdzinošā analīze, kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode: intervija, kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode: aptauja un sekundāro datu analīze. Pētnieciskais darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļa ir teorētiskā daļa. Otrā nodaļa ir praktiskā daļa, bet trešā nodaļa ir pilnveidošanas daļa. Pētnieciskajā darbā tika izmantoti 40 literatūras avoti. Pētnieciskā darba lappušu skaits, neskaitot pielikumu, ir 50 lappuses. The purpose of the research work is that based on the analysis of scientific literature and practical example, the author has developed methodological recommendations to optimize the business processes of LLC "LogNRG". The research work is aimed at analyzing the business processes of LLC "LogNRG", identifying strengths and weaknesses. Also, in the process of various analyses of the main business processes of the company to develop a strategy for the development and improvement of key performance indicators of business processes of LLC "LogNRG". As the research work is aimed at explaining the relevance of using all kinds of tools to assess the indicators of key business processes of the company. The methods used in the research work: content analysis, comparative analysis, qualitative research method: interview, quantitative research method: survey and analysis of secondary data. The research work consists of three chapters. The first chapter is the theoretical part. The second chapter is the practical part, and the third chapter is the improvement part. The research paper used 40 sources. The number of pages of the research paper, not including the appendix, is 50 pages. |
