Bu tezde, kompakt, bağlantılı, yönlendirilebilen cins sayısı $g /geq 1$ olan bir yüzey için E. Irmak ve M. In this thesis, we study the work of E. Irmak and M. Korkmaz on the automorphism group of the Hatcher-Thurston complex for a compact, connected, orientable surface of genus $g /geq 1$. More precisely, it is shown that this automorphism group is isomorphic to the extended mapping class group of the orientable surface modulo its center. In the last chapter of this thesis, we define cut systems and the Hatcher-Thurston complex for compact, connected, nonorientable surfaces of genus $g /geq 1$. 42 |
