Bu çalışmada, seçilen 5 istasyondan alınan su örneklerinin biyolojik ve kimyasal özellikleri incelenmiştir. Kimyasal analizler için su örneklemeleri Eylül 2009-Haziran 2011 tarihleri arasında, biyolojik çalışma için örneklemeler ise Kasım 2008-Haziran 2011 tarihleri arasında yapılmıştır. Gölde 10 fitoplankton bölümüne ait toplam 264 takson belirlenmiştir. Bu taksonların 114'ü Bacillariophyta, 87'sı Chlorophyta, 33'ü Cyanobacteria, 9'u Cryptophyta, 9'u Euglenophyta, 5'i Xantophyta, 2'si Pyrrophyta, 2'si Chrysophyta, 2'si Charophyta ve 1'i Prasinophyta'ya aittir. Zooplankton faunasında ise Rotifera, Cladocera ve Copepoda'ya ait toplam 35 takson tespit edilmiştir. Bu taksonlardan 20'si Cladocera'ya, 5'i Rotifera'ya ve 10 tanesi ise Copepoda'ya aittir.Gölün alkali özellikte olduğu belirlenmiştir. Gölde fiziko-kimyasal parametrelerin yıllık ortalamaları; toplam fosfor: 0,055 mg/l, toplam çözünmüş fosfor: 0,022 mg/l, çözünmüş reaktif fosfor: 0,016 mg/l, nitrat: 0,11 mg/l, nitrit: 0,004 mg/l, amonyum: 0,17 mg/l, silisyum: 7,06 mg/l, KOİ:44 mg/l, BOİ5: 42 mg/l, iletkenlik: 2,23 mS, pH: 8,38 ve sülfat: 1425 mg/l, kalsiyum: 625 mg/l, toplam sertlik: 164 Fr, toplam alkalinite: 83,2 mg/l, sıcaklık: 12,6 oC, çözünmüş oksijen: 8,98 mg/l, askıda katı madde: 6,1 mg/l, bulanıklık: 5,18 NTU, mangan: 0,1 mg/l, toplam demir: 0,035 mg/l, klorür: 55,4 mg/l ve klorofil-a: 0,46 µg/l 'dir. Yapılan analizlere ve incelemelere göre Hafik Gölü'nün oligotrofik-mezotrofik olduğu belirlenmiştir. In this study, biological and chemical properties of water samples collected from 5 stations in Hafik Lake were investigated. Water samples for biological and chemical analyses were collected between November 2008 - June 2011 and September 2009-June 2011 respectively. A total of 264 taxa belonging to 10 phytoplankton division were determined in the lake. Of these taxa, 114 belong to Bacillariophyta, 87 Chlorophyta, 33 Cyanobacteria, 9 Cryptophyta, 9 Euglenophyta, 5 Xantophyta, 2 Pyrrophyta, 2 Chrysophyta, 2 Charophyta and 1 to Prasinophyta. A total of 35 taxa belonging to Rotifera, Cladocera and Copepoda were determined in zooplankton fauna. Of these taxa 20 belong to Cladocera, whereas 5 belong to Rotifera and 10 belong to Copepoda.The lake was determined as alkaline. In the lake; annual averages of physico-chemical parameters are as follows: total phosphorus is 0,055 mg/l, total dissolved phosphorus is 0,022mg/l, dissolved reactive phosphorus is 0,016 mg/l, nitrate is 0,11 mg/l, nitrite is 0,004 mg/l, ammonia is 0,17 mg/l, silicon is 7,06 mg/l, COD is 44 mg/l, BOD5 is 42 mg/l, conductivity is 2,23 mS, pH is 8,38, sulfate is 1425 mg/l, calcium is 624, total hardness is 164 Fr, total alkalinity is 83,2 mg/l, temperature is 12,6 oC, dissolved oxygen is 8,98 mg/l, suspended solids is 6,1 mg/l, turbidity is 5,18 NTU, manganese is 0,1 mg/l, total iron is 0,035 mg/l, chloride is 55,4 mg/l and chlorophyll- a is 0,46 µg/l. According to physico-chemical values, Hafik Lake was determined to be an oligo-mesotrophic lake. 250 |
