Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit der Entwicklung eines partizipativen Wohnbaus für eine Baugruppe, die hauptsächlich aus Familien und Frauen in verschiedenen Lebenlagen und Altersgruppen besteht. Der Fokus liegt auf alltags- und frauengerechter Planung. Im ersten Kapitel wird die geschichtliche Entwicklung vom alltags -und frauengerechten Planen dargelegt und anhand von drei Wiener Modellprojekten erläutert. Am Ende des Kapitels werden die Planungskriterien angeführt. Im zweiten Kapitel werden das Baugruppenmodell und Beispielprojekte beleuchtet. Im dritten Kapitel sind Auszüge aus der Umfrage zum Thema Wohnen angeführt, die im Zuge dieser Arbeit durchgeführt wurde. Die Kapitel vier, fünf und sechs befassen sich mit der Lage und Umgebung des Projekts, des Weiteren sind Auszüge aus dem Bewerbungsverfahren für Baugruppen „Leben am Helmut-Zilk-Park, Hauptbahnhof Wien“ aus dem Jahr 2015 angeführt, welches als Grundlage für die Arbeit dient. Im siebten Kapitel wird das Projekt “Living Link” und seine Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner vorgestellt. This thesis deals with the development of participatory housing for an assembly consisting mainly of families and women in different life situations and age groups. The focus is on everyday- and women- friendly planning. In the first chapter, the historical development of everyday- and women-friendly planning is presented and explained on the basis of three Viennese model projects. The planning criteria are listed at the end of the chapter. In the second chapter, the assembly model and example projects are examined. The third chapter gives excerpts from the housing survey conducted as part of this work. Chapters four, five and six are concerned with the location and surroundings of the project, furthermore excerpts from the application procedure for assemblies “Life at Helmut-Zilk-Park, Vienna Main Station” from 2015, which serves as a basis for the work.
