下颌恶性黑色素瘤伴发黏液表皮样癌是一种非常罕见的疾病，本文报道1例80岁女性，下颌牙龈肿块，组织形态学显示肿瘤细胞呈圆形、卵圆形或梭形，局灶见柱状细胞、中间样细胞、少量黏液细胞构成的多个扩张腺样结构。免疫组织化学结果：（1）恶性黑色素瘤细胞：HMB45、Melan A、S-100蛋白等阳性，Ki-67阳性指数为90%；（2）黏液表皮样癌细胞：p63、细胞角蛋白（CK）5/6、过碘酸雪夫染色等阳性。本例患者于手术后14个月死亡。. |
