| الوصف: | Bu çalışma, Siyah Alaca inek ve düvelerde kolostrum kalitesi ve buzağıların serum immunoglobulin düzeyleri karşılaştırılması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın hayvan materyalini Ç.Ü. Ziraat Fakültesi, Süt Sığırcılığı Araştırma Uygulama Ünitesinde bulunan, Ekim 2012 ve Mart 2013 tarihleri arasında doğan 15 dişi ve 17 erkek buzağı ve anneleri oluşturmuştur. Kolostrum kalitesinin tespit edilmesinde kolostrometre kullanılmıştır. Kan serumunda IgG, IgA ve IgM antikorlarının düzeylerinin analizleri Immun SA Integra 800 (Roche Germany) cihazı ve BN II Nefelometre (Dade Behring) cihazları kullanılarak tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada toplanan kolostrum örneklerinin ortalama yoğunluk ortalaması 1063.90±1.67 g/Lolarak saptanmıştır. Ancak laktasyon sırası gruplarına göre en düşük kolostrum yoğunluk ortalamasının 1051.88± 1.88 g/L ile ilk laktasyonda olan grupta, en yüksek kolostrum yoğunluk ortalamasının ise 1070.75±1.25 g/L ile 5+. laktasyon grubu ineklerde tespit edilmiştir. Laktasyon sırası grupları arası farklar istatistiki düzeyde önemlidir. (P ≤0.00) Buzağılarda IgM seviyeleri bakımından yaş grupları arası farklar istatistiki olarak önemli değildir. IgA düzeyleri arası farklar ise sütten kesimde önemli (P ≤0.00) olarak tespit edilmiştir. Ancak ineklerdeki kolostrumun temeli olan IgG düzeyleri arası farklar istatistiki olarak önemli (P ≤0.00) varyasyon göstermiştir This study was carried out to investigate the differences between the Holstein cows and heifers colostrum quality and serum immunoglobulin levels in the calves. In this study the animal material were consist of Holstein heifer and cows which were calving at October 2012 and March 2013 at Cukurova Üniversity Agriculture faculty Dairy Research Farm and their 15 female and 17 male calves. Kolostrometer is used for detection of colostrum quality. Serum IgG, IgA and IgM levels analyzed Immun S Integra 800 (Roche Germany) device and BN II Nephelometer (Dade Behring) was detected using these devices. The average density of colostrum samples collected in the study average is to 1063.90 ± 1.67 g / L. However lactation sequence groups according to the minimum colostrum density average 1051.88 ± 1.88 g / L in the first lactation and highest colostrum density average 1070.75 ± 1.25 g / L to 5 + lactation group. Lactation groups showed significant (P ≤0.00) differences. Blood samples IgM levels differences in taken at weaning of the calves were not significant. But IgA levels of the calves at weaning is to differ (P ≤0.00) significantly. However, the cow colostrum IgG levels differences statistically significantly (P ≤0.00) showed big variation |
