| الوصف: | Traditional Turkish houses have many unique and distinctive features. Elements such as overhangs, relations with the environment, spatial solutions are important components in traditional Turkish houses. Balcony is one of these items. The balcony, which started to show itself in Turkish houses in the 19th century, has become an aesthetic and functional element in Turkish houses with its own respective design criteria over time. The relations that the balconies establish with the environment, people and spatial organization vary from house to house and pursue different purposes. In this context, it is aimed to investigate the balcony typologies in Taraklı traditional houses within the scope of the study. Under the headings of balcony-environment relationship, balcony-facade relationship, balcony entrance relationship, balcony-roof relationship, balcony carrier system and balcony decorations; it is desired to present a typology study by examining the protrusions, materials, uprights, balcony location, floor relations, buttress-balcony relations through Taraklı houses with their unspoiled texture reflecting traditional Turkish houses. Taraklı is a district of Sakarya. Registered buildings within the protected area were determined, and 42 of these 90 buildings with balconies were analyzed under the specified headings. As a result of the analysis, the titles were matched and the registered houses were entered into the table according to their inventory numbers and presented as a typology test. Geleneksel Türk evleri pek çok açıdan eşsiz ve ayırt edici özelliklere sahiptir. Çıkmalar, çevreyle kurdukları ilişkiler, mekan çözümleri gibi unsurlar geleneksel Türk evlerindeki önemli öğelerdendir. Balkon da bu öğelerden biridir. 19. Yy ile birlikte Türk evlerinde kendini göstermeye başlayan balkon, zamanla kendine ait tasarım kriterleriyle Türk evlerinde göze çarpan, estetik ve işlevsel bir öğe haline gelmiştir. Balkonların çevreyle, insanla, mekânsal organizasyonla kurduğu ilişkiler evden eve değişmekte ve farklı amaçlar gütmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışma kapsamında Taraklı geleneksel evlerindeki balkon tipolojilerinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Balkon çevre ilişkisi, balkon cephe ilişkisi, balkon giriş ilişkisi, balkon çatı ilişkisi, balkon taşıyıcı sistemi, balkon süslemeleri başlıkları altında; çıkma durumları, malzemeler, dikmeler, balkon konumu, kat ilişkileri, payanda balkon ilişkileri geleneksel Türk evlerini yansıtan bozulmamış dokusuyla Taraklı evleri üzerinden irdelenerek tipoloji çalışması ortaya koymak istenmektedir. Taraklı Sakarya’ya bağlı bir ilçedir. Sit alanı içerisinde yer alan tescilli yapılar belirlenmiş, bu 90 adet yapıdan balkon içeren 42 tanesi belirlenen başlıklar altında analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda başlıklar eşleştirilerek tescilli evler envanter numaralarına göre tabloya girilmiş ve tipoloji denemesi olarak sunulmuştur. |
