الوصف: The molecular mechanism by which acetylation regulates manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSOD) activity and its oncogenicity is unclear. Here the authors show that an acetylation mimicking MnSOD mutant is a monomer, has peroxidase function and acts as a tumor promoting factor.
