| الوصف: | This article aims to analyze the participation of the largest litigators in the country as one of the congestion factors of the judiciary and how circumstances can undermine the effectiveness of access to justice broadly and the good quality of judicial services . Start from the assumption that the alternative means of dispute settlement, conciliation, mediation and arbitration may be used as auxiliary tools to reduce delays, allowing the resolution of disputes without the provocation of the state machine. To this end, we use the deductive method in the form of literature. |
