الوصف: Introduction: Knowing the legal issues for Moslems in every task should have specific priority. Therefore, approaching to legal commandments related to gamete donors or recipients is too significant. This subject due to being new and fresh, although doesn’t have much background but some contemporary religious jurisprudences have discussed it in their religious jurisprudence argumentations and have mentioned it’s related legal commandments according to their assiduity point of view.Methods: The basis of this article is investigation and research in theological texts and resources, Oran and Sunnat also speeches and votes of religious jurisprudences. Likewise in every religious jurisprudence discussion, it’s related texts were observed, both for document and donation.Results: In all problem cases, whether the sperm coagulation was created by composing spermatozoon and ovule of legal husband and wife or others and whether the spermatozoon coagulation was done in ovary or in vitro and also, after composing spermatozoon and ovule transferred to the uterus or kept by auxiliary equipments for fertility, there is no complete and decisive reason for their legal sanctity.Discussion: According to this research, those who have infertility problem can experience their fertility by receiving gamete with assurance from legal issues.
