الوصف: An option of development a new design solution for tools based on inductor systems is proposed. For the first time, a planar inductor system consisting of a thin solenoid – an inductor located between the coils of a bifilar – massive multi-turn coils of well-conducting metal is considered. On the basis of the solution of the electrodynamics’ problem, analysis and numerical estimates of the characteristics of electromagnetic processes in this system are carried out. It was found that the efficiency of current excitation in the bifilar windings depends on the distance between the inductor and the bifilar very weakly, the radial distribution of the induced current is almost uniform, and the effect of the excited magnetic field on the processes in the inductor itself should be very insignificant. The results of the analysis and calculations for the experimental model allow us to conclude that the first proposed inductor system excited by a flat circular solenoid located between the massive windings of the bifilar is practical. It is proposed to use the results obtained when creating new equipment circuits for magnetic-pulse metal processing. The methodology used in theoretical research broadens the scope of consideration of similar problems, for example, it allows one to study electromagnetic processes in flat inductor systems, where multi-turn solenoids are placed between the branches of massive bifilar coils.
