| الوصف: | The article presents current approaches to diagnosing and treating polyarteritis nodosa in children. This clinical case demonstrates diagnostic difficulties associated with the nonspeciflcity of initial symptoms of the disease, with the polymorphism of its clinical manifestations, and with the absence of specific morphological and aortographic markers. The diagnosis was made by excluding various rheumatic, infectious, and neoplastic diseases. The peculiarity of this clinical case was the severe course of classical polyarteritis nodosa accompanied by cerebral vascular crises in an infant with a compromised family history. |
