الوصف: Summary: Long-term continuous electroencephalogram (EEG) monitoring is crucial for neuroengineering but suffers from hardware limitations. Here, we present a protocol for EEG recording using a long-term stable and reagent-free-cross-linked hydrogel with configurable mechanical and adhesive properties. We describe steps for fabricating the hydrogel and performing material characterizations and stability tests. We detail procedures for setting up the EEG recording configuration and data analysis.
