الوصف: Eukaryotic genomes are segregated into euchromatin and heterochromatin. Here the authors show that heterochromatin establishment during zebrafish embryo development is controlled by zygotic transcription of miR-430 and subsequent degradation of maternal transcripts encoding the chromatin remodeling protein Smarca2.
