| الوصف: | Giant adrenal cysts represent very rare clinical cases that are normally incidentally discovered and occur extremely rarely among pediatric patients. This case reports a patient who presented with generalized intestinal complaints and GI bleeding. Ultrasound and MRI were performed and identified a giant right retroperitoneal cyst (9.2 cm × 10.5 cm x 11.7 cm). The patient underwent laparoscopic surgery with complete removal of the cyst from the right adrenal gland. Pathologic evaluation confirmed a benign adrenal cyst. |
